The interface is really easy to user and has a lot of options, including specific friend circles that are useful for separating your social and business networks.  Hopefully Google Plus will release their Google Plus for Business later this year.  That will easily rival LinkedIn and other social sites for business and commercial networking.  I only expect to see good things from Google, as the Google Plus platform is really exciting.
